Clinical Chemistry & Immunology

The Clinical Chemistry and Immunology laboratory utilizes the latest digital robotic technology (the first in Noida) that enables it to maintain productivity and efficiency. The fully automated Ortho Clinical Diagnostics VITROS 7600 analyser is scalable, flexible, open, traceable, and smart automation in its true essence. With a throughput of 2800 tests/hour, this machine provides accurate, precise and rapid results for a host of tests from LFT, KFT, Thyroid profile, Lipid profile to specialised ones like Procalcitonin, lactate etc. 

The lab also houses other advanced analysers like Diasorin, AVL9180, Siemens RapidLab to provide a vast menu catering to all patients. 

Fit for future- As part of our commitment to environmental sustainability, the advanced analysers used in the laboratory don’t require water for their operations, resulting in significant resource conservation—approximately 1 crore litres of water annually. 

Haematology & Coagulation

Our Haematology and Coagulation laboratory performs advanced blood analysis, Such as. 

• Complete Blood Count (CBC).
• Coagulation Profile (PT, APTT).
• Specialized testing for anaemia, clotting disorders, and haemoglobinopathies.

Our Automated analysers ensure like Sysmex XN-1000, BIO-RAD D10, and ACL Elite Pro deliver accurate, reproducible, and reliable results covering routine screening as well as complex haematological evaluations. 

Microbiology & Serology

At our Microbiology laboratory, we process samples for cultures, antibiotic sensitivity, and drug resistance testing using automated equipment like Vitek 2. As part of the sepsis solution, the lab processes blood cultures for its automated blood culture systems - BACTEC BD FX40 (5 units) for rapid detection of bacteria and fungi. 

The serology laboratory complements these capabilities by offering a wide range of testing for viral markers and other infectious pathogens, ensuring thorough diagnostic coverage for clinicians. 

These two sections of the lab also provide comprehensive support to the IPC program of the hospital. 

PCR and Molecular Diagnostics

We carry out targeted pathogen detection using advanced molecular techniques to increase diagnostic accuracy, particularly for infectious diseases like Tuberculosis, Swine Flu, COVID, HLA B 27, HPV screening etc. 

Syndromic panels, TB detection, viral load quantification, and targeted infectious disease testing are all made possible by real-time PCR using the Qiagen Rotor Gene Q, Bio-Rad CFX Connect, BioFire Film Array System, and Cepheid GeneXpert platforms. 

With consultative services for clinicians, this promotes early intervention for drug-resistant TB and other high-stakes pathogens. 

Histopathology, Cytopathology and Immunohistochemistry

This department boasts of a team of experienced pathologists, delivering high-quality surgical pathology reports with excellent turnaround times. We provide intraoperative diagnosis of frozen sections, liquid-based cytology, FNAC, Pap smears, body fluid analysis, and complementary sophisticated IHC markers of cancer pathology. 

Frozen Section - Leica Biosystems Cryostat. 

Enables rapid freezing and sectioning of tissue specimens. 

VTP 300 - Fully Automatic Tissue Processor.
