My mother who is a senior citizen went for general consultation and to proceed further with 2 molars that were to be extracted simultaneously. She is diabetic and this surgery was supposed to be much critical considering the situation. We were ready to opt for Kailash Hospital due to its reputation. However, the concerned doctor- Dr Anshul Singhal, constantly pressurized my mother to also undergo 2 additional implants on other side of jaw as well, which were not requiring medical attention. Our utmost concern was was just removal of 2 molars for which my mother was in critical pain condition. However, even after paying good amount of hospital fees. Rs 5000 for xrays and other tests, the doctor was pushing for a full day hospitalization and a surgery to removal of 2 molars and getting an implant on other side of jaw. The Doctor brought this situation of either having everything in treatment or nothing. Patient was seems an opportunity to extract as much money as possible. As a result we had to drop Kailash and opt for another hospital.
