Cardiac Catheterization Lab (Cath Lab)
The Kailash Heart Institute has a state-of-the-art Cardiac Cath Lab (Integris Allura) from Philips (Netherlands) equipped with advanced medical technology for rotational angiography, angioplasty, electrophysiology, haemodynamic monitoring, atherectomy, stenting, balloon valvuloplasty, peripheral arterial intervention and devised closure of congenital cardiac defects.
Advanced Coronary Care Unit
CCU is a 24-bed intensive care unit alongside the Cardiac Cath Lab including a 6-bed post-intervention unit fully equipped with advanced facilities to treat all kinds of heart conditions. The unit is equipped with Central Monitoring System having hi-tech monitors from Hewlett Packard (USA) to keep eyes on every patient.
The CCU is supported with ventilators from SIEMENS (Germany), IABP (DatascopeXT-U.S.A.), blood gas analyzer (U.S.A.), ECHO and C-arm fluoroscopy for bedside cardiac procedures. Specially designed Isolation Units are available for very sick patients.
Operation Theatre
The department in the whole group consists of state-of-the-art fully equipped OTs comparable to the best in the city. Heart-Lung Machines, Siemens Ventilators and HP Monitoring systems.
