    • Dr Aditya Sharma Worked as Consultant and Head of the department GI Surgery Dppt in Rajiv Gandhi Super-speciality Hospital for 2 years from 2021 till 2023. Developed the department as one of Delhi's best GI Onco, Advanced Laparoscopy and Bariatric surgery Centre. Routinely performed VATS esophagectomy, Laparoscopic distal gastrectomy, Laparoscopic Whipple's pancreaticoduodenectomy, Laparoscopic LAR/APR, Laparoscopic hemicolectomy, radical cholecystectomy and liver resections.
    • Developed metabolic and bariatric surgery in the hospital and performed the first bariatric surgery of Rajiv Gandhi Hospital in 2 years. Developed comprehensive protocols for pre and post operative management of patients undergoing bariatric surgery, routinely performed the bariatric surgeries including laparoscopic roux en Y gastric bypass.
